BenefitMe in Lausanne

On 13 November, we had the opportunity to participate in the fifth edition of the event organised by Loyco and HR Today, dedicated to artificial intelligence and the digital transformation of organisations. dedicated to artificial intelligence and the digital transformation of organisations.

This meeting took place in the prestigious setting of the Royal Savoy in Lausanne and brought together numerous professionals from the fields of human resources, innovation and digital technology.

Jules represented BenefitMe alongside Lionel. Their presence had a simple objective : to showcase the tool and how it works in a practical way, in a context of discussion and reflection on the future of work.

BenefitMe, in brief

BenefitMe is an online tool that helps companies gather and clearly present all the benefits offered to their employees:

• other internal benefits
  
  

The two main objectives are :

• allow employees to easily understand what they are entitled to
  
  

• allow HR to simplify their daily work by avoiding having to answer the same questions individually
  
  

Employees can consult this information at any time, run simulations (for example: buying back the 2nd pillar, impact on salary, etc.), and then submit their request to HR if necessary.

In short : fewer interruptions, greater fluidity, real support for teams.

Would you fancy a little quiz for the road ?

Since it is not always easy to explain all this in words, Jules and Lionel came up with a little activity to bring the demonstration to life : a participative quiz.

The idea was simple : each participant chose a question from a list, then looked for the answer directly in BenefitMe via the chatbot, navigation or interface.

This exercise had a clear educational purpose : to show that, thanks to BenefitMe, many answers can be found easily by employees themselves, without having to consult HR at every step.

And of course… a few prizes awaited the quickest participants, accompanied by chocolates bearing the BenefitMe logo. Because yes, we work better when we enjoy ourselves!
