Dexio at Swiss IT Forum(s): Our experts Jody and Jérôme on the ground to anticipate upcoming tech changes

Why go?

At Dexio, staying up to date is part of the job. Established concepts in the world of IT evolve quickly, and our clients expect advice based on what is actually happening. With this in mind, two members of our team travelled to the Swiss IT Forums.

What they took away

  • Law, AI and compliance: one conference provided an update on the questions raised by large language models: governance, data protection and GDPR compliance. These are essential topics for any organisation wishing to deploy these tools responsibly.
  • From assistant to agent : most companies have already experimented with generative AI. The next step is more operational: integrating AI agents into business processes, with practical use cases, including geolocation.

Beyond the sessions, the forum offered an opportunity to follow trends in cybersecurity and development, and to compare our thinking with that of other Swiss organisations.

A CSR dimension at the heart of the discussion

Digital technology also has an environmental impact, and this issue came up in several discussions: leaner infrastructure, considered technology choices and equipment lifespan. These are criteria we already factor into our projects.

Be a participant, not just a spectator

Taking part in an event like this helps shape our projects and recommendations to clients. And this is only the beginning: we’d like to share our expertise in turn. Who knows, perhaps at a future edition, our teams will be on stage.
