The code's quest
Welcome to the Code's Quest!
If you’re here, it’s probably no coincidence.
Do you like to understand before deciding? To analyse before acting?
To go beyond where most people would stop?
Then this quest is made for you.
Over the coming weeks, a series of puzzles will lead you to an 8-letter word.
A word that will grant you access to the surprise Dexio is preparing for you.
So, do you accept this challenge?

First riddle
Every adventure has a starting point. Before strategies, before plans, before decisions. There is always a first step. A reflex that has almost been forgotten. A memory that instantly comes back to those in the know. The first letter of the code is right there. Right before your eyes.
And, at Dexio too, before the projects, before the lines of code and the solutions we develop today, there was a starting point.
An idea.
An ambition.
A story that was built step by step.

Second riddle
It is often believed that all you need to do is keep moving forward to climb the ladder. But between each step, there is a suspended moment. A moment when everything is decided, in silence. Some pass through without stopping. Others know. They know that before moving higher, they must ensure that what lies behind them will not collapse. The second letter of the code is hidden here.
For us, too, every step counts.
Each stage must be clear before moving on to the next.

Third riddle
Sometimes, we feel lost in the vastness of it all. There are endless possibilities, but the key is to know where to start. The third letter of the code is already there. Can you find it?
And sometimes, the best way to get started… is by not going ahead alone and seeking out the right people.

Fourth riddle
Sometimes, we’re so caught up in a problem that we can no longer see what might help us solve it. Everything becomes too close. Too overwhelming. Too obvious, perhaps. That’s when you need to take a step back, gain some perspective and look at the bigger picture. And that’s when a detail finally stands out. The fourth letter of the code is already there.
A project often becomes clearer when you take the time to look at it from a different angle.
That is precisely the aim of our Décode approach: to take a step back, clarify the issues and identify what will really make a difference.

Fifth riddle
When everyone is looking in the same direction, it’s easy to believe that’s the right one. Take the time to explore other possibilities. Sometimes, all it takes is a single glance to change your perspective. The fifth letter of the code is already there. Can you solve this riddle?
Seeing things differently also means being willing to question your assumptions.
That is exactly what we do in our co-design workshops: explore a range of perspectives before choosing the right direction.
Because sometimes a project is worth taking the time to look at things from a different angle.
