Johdi Suite - ATS
The collaboration between MobileThinking and Johdi Services continues with the creation of a new ATS (Applicant Tracking System) module, directly integrated into the Johdi Suite, their comprehensive HR ecosystem. This new tool enhances an already well-structured suite, designed to meet the current needs of recruitment. Thanks to this module, companies can now centralise and automate the entire application management process, from the receipt of CVs to hiring, all while benefiting from an intuitive interface tailored to their organisation.

Our long-standing collaboration with the Johdi Services team continues, and this year a new ATS module (Applicant Tracking System) is set to enhance their HR services suite, Johdi Suite.
Our mission for this project was to design software aimed at simplifying the recruitment processes and quickly identifying candidates best suited to the specific needs of the company.
What was our approach?
Progressive design and development
Available in five languages and connected to all the major job boards in the market (websites specialising in job offers), this Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) centralises the creation and publication of job postings as well as the various processes of managing, evaluating applications, and decision-making.
Through a series of design workshops, we collaboratively defined an initial prototype, followed by a first version of the application, which is now in a phase of continuous improvement thanks to active user feedback collection.
This is the second service (but not the last – the next ones are already in the works!) in the galaxy of HR tools offered by Johdi Services, allowing us to leverage our expertise in Laravel and Vue.js for the creation of reusable modules across the various modules of the Johdi Suite and laying the first building blocks of interaction between them.
Conclusion
This new ATS module represents a strategic step in the development of the Johdi Suite, consolidating the integration and interoperability of the HR services within the Johdi ecosystem. We look forward to continuing this collaboration with future modules to come.
