In September 2017, we won the tender for the International Conference Centre of Geneva (CICG) to create an event management tool and its mobile applications. This project marked the beginning of a wonderful collaboration and represented an exciting challenge for us: to design a modern and efficient solution capable of meeting the needs of organisers while simplifying the experience for participants.

In September 2017, we won the tender for an event management tool for the CICG and its mobile applications. We have worked hard on this project and are delighted to officially present it to you. You can download the applications using the following links.
Mobile and Web Applications
We have developed the CICG application which allows you to have all the important information concerning your participation in an event in one single place.
Familiarise yourself with the scheduled sessions and the venues where they will take place. Download the documents related to the session and customise your own agenda. Find out who will be attending your conference and easily connect with them. A news feed is available to keep you informed in real-time about important information regarding your event.
You will have access to all the information of the International Conference Centre of Geneva, such as catering points, access routes, transport information, and much more.
Participating in a conference has never been so easy and enjoyable.
Event Management Tool
The web and mobile applications are fully powered by a management tool developed entirely to meet the needs of event organisers. The idea is for the CICG team to create a new event and then hand over the keys to that event to the organiser themselves.
From then on, the organiser (who could be you) has all the necessary tools to create, organise, invite participants, send notifications, send reminders, create news, create a poll, and so on.
