We are delighted to present the new integration module developed with the Johdi Services team to enhance their suite of HR services: Onboarding.

Thanks to a bespoke development, we have designed and developed software aimed at automating and personalising the onboarding processes while involving new recruits from day one.

We have set about designing software that allows for the definition of the most varied integration processes while maintaining simplicity and ease of use.

What was our approach?

Listening to end users

We were fortunate to benefit from the existing users of the Johdisuite and the expertise of the Johdi Services team to consult a large number of companies and design integration software that closely reflects the needs and practices of the field.

This third service in the galaxy of HR tools offered by Johdi Services directly follows the previous module (ATS) and interacts with it by allowing a new integration process to be started directly from the recruitment module. It clearly demonstrates our expertise in development, our understanding of the internal business processes of each company, and our integration capabilities for services.
